My name is :De john Hoffman
This is truly and honor to be able to address my peers .It's astonishing that even
in this era one of the founding fathers pioneers of TBB has found and outlet for
those of us who fell voiceless,an opportunity to express our Selves batch once told
me that TBB was formed in part to combat the oppressiveness of an inner city
community that afford him and his peers no platform to express
themselves,especially in their natural form.(Meaning)being able to let go of
traditional norm in order to embrace an artistic style of expression,which entailed
dancing to Hip Hop.

Moreover this artistic style of expression not only wound up nourishing the hearts
of TBB but it created a culture of expression that has ultimately developed into a
movement,which has lasted for better part of a quarter century,And still continues
to Endure so first and foremost.
I would like to say thanks to Batchy Batch and the faculty behind him pushing up
against shattering the barriers in which some people in our society would love to
remain as they are.It's grabs hold of goodness of those he encounters.As,is
evident by the out pouring of admiration and respect many of us have for him
,out there and in here.He continues to find innovative and inspiring ways in which
to bring together some of the most expressive,durable,and competent minds of
our urban and rural communities.So in closing my peers my brothers and sisters
of Life please stay focused and travel the road your heart desires and not the path
already trampled upon.Remember always!

That there are no geniuses in this World there are only those who study and those
who don't.And whatever you decide your craft in life is to be master it and all the
Illusions surroundings it will fade away.Then and only then you will truly enjoy
it.One last thing,just because someone is out of you sight does not mean you
should put them out of your mind.
